NP Prescribers is an asynchronous telehealth practice and a DBA of Hometown Primary Care of Frankfort PLLC. Every visit is reviewed by a licensed clinician; patients are cared for by our team, not a named individual. Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate after clinician review.

Booking reserves a review slot. The time you select is when your case enters our review queue, not a live appointment. There is no phone or video call at that time. After booking, complete the intake and consent forms we email you; a licensed clinician reviews your case and replies by secure message.

Care is available only in states where services are offered. Check the current service-area list before booking.
